We are currently looking for an experienced salesperson to serve as a regional sales manager.


To strengthen our position and support our strategic goals, we are looking for a regional sales manager to strengthen our sales activities in various cities. You will be responsible for defining and developing our sales activities for the individual and public sectors in the local market. You will report to our headquarters in Shenzhen. Our office and production base are located in Foshan, but since you will be working from home or going out to visit customers, your place of residence is not limited to the area.


Scope of liability

Your responsibilities include:

Treat customers or partners with enthusiasm and sincerity

Strong learning ability and the latest knowledge about products

Be good at studying and judging forms and gain a head start in business


Experience and ability to succeed in this role will help you succeed in this role:

• Market planning and analysis
• Maintain and develop strong relationships
with customers• Conduct product demonstrations and training
to customers• Customer support and technical advice
• Create quotes in consultation with headquarters and follow them for ordering and delivery
• Be a strong connection point between customers and our departments


About the mission

Your daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Create and execute customer programs
• Customer presentations, trainings, and conferences
• Visit new and existing customers
• Follow up on quotes
• Technical and provide sales support to customers
• Attend trade shows, trainings, and demonstrations
• Update CRM systems weekly


• Plan, execute and support local marketing activities
• Participate in networking events for market-related groups
• Participate in training to develop relevant knowledge and skills


About you

We are looking for someone
with extensive sales experience and may already understand the road construction industry To be a good candidate for this role, you will likely have:

• B2B sales
experience • Technical background with knowledge of our products and industry As
for your personal qualifications, we are looking for:
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Results-oriented, self-motivated
• Positive mindset and go-getter
attitude • Hands-on and pragmatic
