Two-component Coating                

Two-component coating is a type of road coating with methyl methacrylate (MMA) as its main component. Owing to its robust and wear-resistant properties, it is widely applied in areas with extreme temperatures and heavily trafficked road sections.Xianming® Two-component Road Marking Coating is mainly used for creating reflective markings that can firmly bond with glass beads, significantly improving the safety of nighttime traffic. Sanying® Two-component Colored Anti-skid Pavement Coating is designed for producing wear-resistant and skid-proof colored pavements, which are applied to mark busy sections such as bus stops and crosswalks, and play an excellent warning role.

Two-component Equipment                

Sanwin is the only Chinese enterprise authorized by Graco Inc. of the United States for equipment modification. In 2003, Sanwin successfully promoted and applied the modified Graco spraying equipment in two-component road marking projects. In 2018, Sanwin achieved another success by modifying Japan’s Kikusui equipment, which greatly expanded the application of two-component coatings in road engineering and consolidated the quality of two-component screed road markings. Today, Sanwin continues to explore and upgrade two-component construction equipment, providing strong support for high-quality, efficient and fast construction.
