Substandard Line Shape of Two-Component Sprayed Markings

The main reasons for the substandard two-component spraying marking line include:

Reason A: Uneven closure or single component at both ends of the reticle

Solution: Attach adhesive tape or use a baffle at the beginning of the marking line and at the break


Reason B: Inaccurate lay-off dots

Solution: Carefully check the construction drawings or according to relevant standards, and carefully arrange the ruler and stake


Reason C: Blocking the gun, causing a single component, and the line type is damaged after opening to traffic

Solution: Clean the spray gun, check whether the filter screen is damaged and replace it, and filter the impurities in the paint


Reason D: The gun is not aligned, resulting in a single component, the wheel is crushed after opening, and the line is damaged

Solution: Carefully adjust the gun before construction to ensure that the spray width of A and B guns is the same


Reason E: The maintenance kit is worn, the pressure is unstable, the gun is retracted, and the line type is not up to standard

Solution: Replace the repair kit


Reason F: The construction speed is too fast or uneven, and the required thickness or thickness is uneven

Solution: Move the cart at a constant speed, or add a booster


Reason G: Insufficient material, insufficient mixing of AB material

Solution: During the construction process, always pay attention to the paint in the barrel and add materials in time


Reason H: The belt is loose, the engine is not powered, and the belt cannot be moved

Solution: Tighten or replace the belt with a new one


Reason I: The cleaning liquid in the pipe is not drained, resulting in a single component, and the markings are damaged after opening to traffic

Solution: Carefully drain all pipelines before construction to avoid air and cleaning agent residues (drain the cleaning agent first, drain the return pipe like a paint bucket after draining the normal paint color)


Reason J: The return is not complete, the air is not exhausted, and the markings sprayed to the ground are damaged

Solution: Thoroughly return the air before construction (drain the cleaning agent first, drain the normal paint color and then put the return pipe like a confluence in the paint bucket)


Cause K: The thinner is unevenly agitated, resulting in uneven atomization

Solution: Re-stir well


Reason L: The viscosity of the paint is too high, the atomization is not good, and the thickness of the marking surface is uneven

Workaround: Add diluent adjustment


Reason M: Unstable pump pressure and uneven thickness

Solution: Check whether the belt of the car is loose and check whether the engine is working properly


Reason N: The equipment pressure is too low, the reticle is thin

Solution: Increase the pressure on the equipment


Reason O: The nozzle flow size is not appropriate
