Solution: Before stirring the coating, start the agitator to rotate the mixing blade in the cleaning solution at high speed to thoroughly clean the mixing blade, and the stirring rod is cleaned with a brush.

The equipment is not cleaned in time and thoroughly, resulting in paint residue in the management

Solution: After the construction is completed, thoroughly clean the equipment including all pipelines, and the cleaning agent for cleaning the pipelines A and B must be used separately.

When adding glass beads, it was accidentally sprinkled into the paint bucket

Solution: When adding glass beads, it is recommended to use a funnel and pay attention to occlusion. The glass bead jar should be cleaned and then covered with a lid to avoid the glass beads accidentally entering the paint bucket and causing the gun to be blocked.

膏状固化剂结晶

解决方案：在低温情况下，膏状固化剂上层的防火保护液会结晶。使用前必须先刮掉结晶层，再进行搅拌。

涂料未搅拌或未搅匀就使用

解决方案：双组份涂料在使用前必须搅拌。B料加2%-4%的固化剂后搅拌3-5分钟，A料直接搅拌3-5分钟后使用。如为涂料存放时间较长，需延长搅拌时间。

A、B组分涂料互相溅入，在桶内形成小颗粒

解决方案：搅料涂料时，A、B组份需远离或盖上桶盖，防止互相溅入（A料飞粒溅入B料桶中或B料飞粒溅入A料桶中)，固化结块。

涂料内有杂质

解决方案：更换涂料，或用80目的过滤网重新过滤涂料。

涂料质量不佳，填料颗粒过大

解决方案：谨慎选择涂料供应商。在施工前对涂料进行测试，以免施工过程中遇到问题，造成经济损失。
