Sanwin SC302 primer is a new generation of composite acrylic pavement paint. It is often used as the bottom layer of colored anti-slip pavement, laid at the earliest in construction, and is usually directly coated on the road surface. By using a special resin, SC302 has enhanced adhesion to pavement and aggregates, providing excellent adhesion to aggregates of various particle sizes.

Construction suggestions

Mask

Dry, flat, clean. There is no chalking on the surface.

The acceptable operating ambient temperature is 5-45°C and the ground humidity does not exceed 70%RH.

Premix

Add the curing agent to the coating in proportion and mix well with an electric mixer at low speed.

Coating

Use a roller brush or special tool to evenly apply the paint to the road surface.

aggregate

The recommended aggregate particle size is 1-5mm

Clean

The construction site should be equipped with sufficient cleaning agents. After the construction is completed, the tools should be cleaned in time, otherwise, it will be difficult to clean the paint after it is completely cured.
