Sanwin SC602 color topcoat is a composite acrylic pavement paint with high solid content. It is often used as the surface layer of colored anti-slip pavement and is usually laid last in construction. Colored topcoat can not only stabilize the aggregate, but also make the pavement have a variety of colors, which greatly increases the selectivity of aggregates. The paint film formed by SC602 coloured topcoat is strong and beautiful, making the coloured paving both non-slip and landscape effect.

Construction suggestions

Face covering

The primer is fully cured, the aggregate is firmly attached, and the excess aggregate has been cleaned. The covering is dry and flat.

The acceptable operating ambient temperature is 5-45°C and the ground humidity does not exceed 70%RH.

Premix

Add the curing agent to the coating in proportion and mix well with an electric mixer at low speed.

Coating

Use a roller brush or special tool to evenly apply the paint to the surface of the non-slip aggregate.

The recommended aggregate particle size is 1-5mm

Clean

The construction site should be equipped with sufficient cleaning agents. After the construction is completed, the tools should be cleaned in time, otherwise, it will be difficult to clean the paint after it is completely cured.
